Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the SimLogica.com website and mobile applications, developed and maintained by the SimLogica.com team, a group of independent developers based in Brazil.
This policy is designed to inform you regarding our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data. We operate with a strict user-privacy-first mindset.
1. Information Collection and Use
The short answer is: We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. However, we collect app errors if they ever occur for the sole purpose of improving the long-term app quality. For our paid applications we do receive limited information regarding your purchase from the app store platform, but we cannot infer your personal Google ID.
App Purchases (Google Play)
When you purchase one of our applications via the Google Play Store, Google processes your payment and shares limited transaction details with us through the Google Play Developer Console. This information includes your approximate location (country), and an order ID.
We use this provided information strictly for these purposes:
- Account Management.
- Verifying purchases and issuing refunds if requested.
- Providing customer support.
- Fulfilling tax and accounting obligations.
- Legal and compliance.
We do not collect, store, or use this information to send you marketing campaigns, newsletters, or sell it to third parties. Nor we have access to your financial information (like credit card numbers).
Blocker (Android App)
Blocker is designed to function entirely on your device. We do not collect, save, or share any personal information, usage metrics, or analytics from the app. Any data required for the app to function remains local on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers by us.
Blocker requires specific Android permissions (such as Call Log access) to function. This access is used only locally on your device to identify or block calls and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
SimLogica.com (Website)
The SimLogica website is meant for informational purposes. We do not use proprietary cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools to monitor or collect data from visitors.
2. Third-Party Services
While we do not collect any personal data ourselves, our app and website rely on third-party infrastructure. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they handle data.
- Google Play Services and Firebase: The Blocker app is distributed via the Google Play Store and uses Google Play Services for core Android functionality and Firebase Crashlytics for error reporting only. Google may collect diagnostic and usage data as part of the Android operating system environment.
- RevenueCat: RevenueCat is used for in-app purchases and handles user data securely. They do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. We use RC basic functionality only for in-app purchases and do not collect any personal data.
- GitHub Pages: The SimLogica website is currently hosted on GitHub Pages. When you visit the site, GitHub may collect standard web server logs, such as your IP address, to maintain the security and integrity of their hosting service.
3. Data Security
We value your trust in using our app and visiting our site. Because our software does not actively collect your personal information, there is no risk of your usage data being leaked or breached from our end. For the limited purchase transaction data (such as your e-mail address) that we can access as developers, we rely entirely on the robust security infrastructure provided by the Google Play Developer Console and our Service Partners.
4. User Rights (LGPD, GDPR, CCPA)
As developers based in Brazil, we respect the guidelines set by the international frameworks like the GDPR and CCPA, as well as the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).
Because our app and website do not collect personal data, there is no usage data for us to provide, correct, or delete upon request. You maintain full ownership and control of your local app data on your device.
Regarding the purchase information (such as your country and order ID) provided to us by Google Play, please note that we cannot delete your purchase history from Google's and our Service Partners, as those are retained for financial, legal, auditing, refund processing, and tax compliance. To manage or delete your payment and transaction data, you must do so directly through your Google Account settings. These minimal retained data will not be used to send you marketing emails.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Furthermore, because we do not collect any data from any users, we inherently do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
