This Terms of Use apply to the SimLogica website and the Blocker Android application, developed and maintained by the SimLogica.com team, a group of independent developers based in Brazil.

By downloading or using the Blocker application ("the App") or visiting the SimLogica website ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These services are provided by the SimLogica team (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website or download the App.

2. License and Acceptable Use

Upon purchasing the App through the Google Play Store, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your personal devices.

You agree not to:

  • Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App or Website.
  • Distribute, license, sell, or publicly make available the App without our express written permission.
  • Use the App or Website for any unlawful or malicious purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass any security features or licensing mechanisms embedded within the App.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, text, and graphics associated with the Blocker App and the SimLogica Website are the exclusive intellectual property of SimLogica.com and its creators. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, but it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Third-Party Services and Purchases

The Blocker App is distributed and sold exclusively through the Google Play Store. Google handles all financial transactions, billing, and payment processing entirely.

We do not have access to your payment information (such as credit card details).

Any issues related to payment failures, billing errors, or app store platform outages must be resolved directly through Google Play support.

We reserve the right to change the price of the App at any time, though this will not affect users who have already purchased it.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Please read this section carefully, as it limits our legal obligations to you.

The App and Website are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our team strives to create high-quality, reliable software, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the software's performance.

We do not guarantee that the App will be entirely free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all past, present, or future Android devices or operating system updates.

Due to the restrictive nature of Android OS variations across different manufacturers, we cannot guarantee that the App will successfully block 100% of intended content or functions at all times. You use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimLogica, its developers, and its collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or Website.

This includes but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of device functionality, or personal distress resulting from the App failing to function as expected. In no event shall our total liability to you for any damages exceed the amount you paid to purchase the App.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is incredibly important to us. Our Privacy Policy strictly governs our data handling practices. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you also acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy, which states that our software operates locally and collects no personal usage data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil.
